AITHOR’S NOTE:

IFS is a very interesting tactic here, because it individuates the parts of ourselves and makes it easier to be formless. It’s easy to shift in form more seamlessly when we notice the different ideas in us take control and speak up.

Your comment is most welcome but it doesn’t seem like you’ve read past the first 6 words.

You’re saying my premise is the first sentence of my essay, but if you read the title you’ll see that the premise is exactly the opposite. Did you read the article or just the first line?
